US STATE RIGHTS Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or Virginia have specific rights concerning their personal information, including the right to:

• Confirm whether we process their personal information and access such data;

• Correct inaccuracies in personal information;

• Delete personal information;

• Exercise data portability;

• Opt out of targeted advertising; and/or

• Opt out of the sale of personal information.

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, and Connecticut have the right to opt out of profiling that leads to decisions with legal or similarly significant consequences and to challenge decisions related to their rights.

California residents can opt out of having their personally identifiable information shared with third parties for those third parties' direct marketing purposes by contacting us as described above.

Do-Not-Track Signals and Similar Mechanisms Some web browsers may send "do-not-track" signals to websites and other online services they interact with. While there is no universal industry standard for these signals, some of the websites managed by IXM Media LLC attempt to recognize this signal and, if detected, limit our use of cookies and similar tracking technologies. However, due to differences in browsers, detection capabilities, and the lack of universally accepted standards, we cannot guarantee that sending a "do-not-track" signal will deactivate IXM Media LLC's cookies and tracking technologies. We recommend using the cookie management tools on your browser to control IXM Media LLC's use of cookies and tracking technologies.

We may verify your identity before fulfilling your request. Verification methods vary depending on risk and may include confirming access to your relevant email account, providing a government-issued ID, or supplying other account details indicating a valid request.

Authorized Agent:

You can appoint an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf by providing written authorization or through a power of attorney. We will require proof of authorization from the agent before accepting requests.

EUROPEAN RIGHTS:

This section applies if you use the App from a European Economic Area Member State and supplements our Privacy Policy. You may be entitled, subject to identity validation and in accordance with applicable law, to:

Confirm whether we process your personal information.

Correct inaccuracies in your personal information.

Delete your personal information.

Request data portability.

Object to or request restriction of processing your personal data.

You may also, in accordance with applicable law, lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe our processing of your personal data violates the law.

We process personal data for the purposes stated in the relevant privacy policy. Legal bases for processing personal data include the necessity for contract performance, compliance with legal requirements, legitimate interests, and consent. Consent, if given, can be withdrawn at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

We use automated decision-making, including profiling, to support data processing. This helps personalize your interactions with IXM Media LLC and IXM Media LLC artists, potentially resulting in tailored advertisements, marketing communications, or special offers based on your activity.

In some cases, providing personal data is necessary for you to access all App features.

When transferring data out of the EEA, we ensure it receives a comparable level of protection.
